Did anyone get signed out of an fut champions game? It happened to me on 2 games

I was playing the fut champions and I was signed out of back to back wins. Up 3-0 and 3-1. How do I get credit for winning those games? I said it would be reviewed is that true?

Same over here. Starting to get a joke now as it’s happened 3 weekends in a row for me. Ea will just say it’s tough luck... beyond a joke!

I had the same problem still looking for a solution, i was winning 7-4 then it didn’t give me the win . I got kicked out of ultimate team when the game ended.
