Been banned twice for my ultimate team name after not being able to change it
5 days ago I got banned for my ultimate team name after having the same name for 3 years, I understood cause my name could be offensive to some people but after getting unbanned after the 3 days is up i wasn't given the option to change it, so i went to support to try get help changing my name as i didn't want to get banned again and i was told that it had been passed on to higher ups so that i wouldn't get banned and would be given the option to change it. But after no contact for the last 2 days i log on today and see i've been banned for 7 days now for the same reason without being given the option to resolve it by simply changing my name
