Connection trouble
12 match lost in wl for server trouble. Is a total shame. I pretendend to have back my points to partecipate at the next one. Otherwhise you have lost a Fifa 21 buyer.

Hi there, @CiqueLoco.
Are you still having trouble staying connected to matches? If so, let's see if we can find out why that's happening. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, what system are you playing on? Thanks!

Hi, i think that the problem is solved (not yet player but in the menu the situation is better than last week). In heared that your new update was in conflict with infostrada/tre italian phone company.
Anyway my problem is: for 12 disconnections i failed in earning the new wl access...now in june...end game...i will never earn the points to play more wl...i think it’s unfair
