Opponent quits, but recorded as a loss!?!
Was playing a co-op game and leading comfortably with 2mins injury time left. Our team got a free kick, the opponent paused and forfeited. Fine..it happens. However, when I got back to the main menu, the match result was recorded as a 3-0 loss, which is ridiculous..How is that even possible??
Anyone else experience this?

Hi @D_D_51lv4,
That would indicate that you dropped connection. If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.

@EA_Cade Thanks for the reply.
I'm certain that my connection did not drop. Perhaps, it dropped at the opponents end. However a message came up stating the opponent had forfeited, which is why I was surprised at the result.
I also understand that the final outcome of an interrupted game would normally depend on different factors and even if this was the case, we were leading 7-1, so I would assume the game would be recorded as a win it that situation.
I know there is nothing that can be done now, but I think its something worth taking note of as I've heard of it happening before and it is not a justifiable outcome.
Thanks again
