Being kicked from ea server
I was playing rivals tonight and someone asked for me to let them complete challenges. Because I didn’t respond they said if I don’t let this happen they would kick me from the game....they then started to read IP address to someone and I got kicked out and now cannot log back in. Surely this shouldn’t be possible?? What can be done??

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @cornishp. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
