Account Verification Problems
Trying to verify my EA account after login so I can use the web app.
I've had 2 separate issues resolved lately so I have had 2 cases created.
I've had to create a third case to advise them of the problem. The issue with this is the fact that the chat wouldnot update so I could not inform them of the problems I was facing. Now that there are 3 recent cases on my account, I cannot create another to resolve my issue.
Basically, I have gained access to the account but need to complete the account verification. The site gives 3 separate options to arrange this. However, all 3 options send a code to the email address and I am not receiving their emails. This was why I had created one of the cases to advise them of this.
Now I am left without any way of creating a new case as I have 3 cases, 2 resolved and one in progress. I've closed the third case and still was not able to create a new one. This is a joke! The support staff are quite helpful once you get through to them but there just seems to be more and more problems everytime you resolve one. EA definitely need to re-think the whole customer support service as it's an absolute nightmare. I've literally had to create this post just so I can make it clear that my issues are still NOT resolved!!
