Wrong purchase due to market malfunctions
What happened is a huge shame for EA Sport.

This morning 29 April 2020, a few minutes ago, I was trying to increase my bid in an auction but due to lag, I found a footballer purchased for 10,000 coins instead of paying him 400 at max.
I spent a lot of my precious time reaching 10000 coins but because of market malfunctions, it seems that I lost them, the support doesn't want to help me, doesn't want to revert the purchase.
I can accept losing coins cause of a bad investment (I already did a lot of them) but not in this way. In this case, was not my fault.
I fear to use the market now. I fear to lose more coins.
I feel very lost and void.
This is very disappointing.
This is a shame.

Due to the lag, I pressed the wrong button at the wrong time.
Sometimes, as I already reported, the market becomes not responsive. Sometimes, I have problems to purchase items.
It was not my fault. I'm not a liar (if you don't trust me, you are saying so).

Hi @pascalonegames,
We have never been able to replicate an issue with listing or purchasing an item for a price other than it was set at by the user.
If there were a bug with the transfer market we would see thousands of posts daily on this, it's unfortunately far more likely that the item was unintentionally purchased for a higher price by the seller.
