I don't play this mode because I already had this issue. I've tried it one more time yesterday because I got a free token from a pack and I don't like to play against IA.

First attempt: My opponent selected very average players (no human would build this squad so I know that I have a bot in front of me). Disconnection happens just after the kickoff, but the game is cancelled (no win, no loss).

Second attempt: Real human, I won the game.

Third attempt (second game): My opponent is a bot (selected average players) but this time I get disconnected after the kickoff.

This happens to me only in draft mode, at the same moment (just after the kickoff) with weird squads. Thus I have played more than 1000 games for only a few disconnection.

Please don't talk to me about networking issues.

I guess people can understand that there is a bug difficult to identify or that EA has no resource to investigate this. But pretending that this is a network issue is insulting.

For some reason I could not retrieve the draft token, but that's not the main problem. Cheaters must be punished !

I've just had a chat session with someone from EA help.

The guy from EA chat told me to report cheater with this link:

The problem is that I can not report him because I don't have his ID, the EA guy says he does not have access to the ID neither.

And thus you need to report the player in game, which is by definition not possible here since I got disconnected from the very start.

So there is no way to report this kind of cheaters in game, the EA guy could not help me and was not interested by evidences (screen record during the games).

@EA_DarkoHow can you say this is a connection-issue? It's clear that these coin-farming bots has been an issue with the draft on PC for ages.

No, it sounds like your game is broken since it's been released and Draft is the only fun mode that you have in this game and... well, now it's more broken then ever.

Great game, really, so great that I won't bother to buy it anymore.

Joke of a company, we are 10 months in and still nothing has been done. I've had this happen in I believe 4/5 of my last drafts. Impossible to play the mode.

@EA_Darko You did not seriously just say it’s a connection issue, it’s coin farming bots, and gives US THE LOSS when it happens, how about you just get an anti-cheat like any other game

Seems like a response that they're using to divert attention away as though they don't want to address it. I have once again been given a loss in the final as my opponent quits straight away.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @Efun116. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
