Hello im from Greece so sorry for my bad English!!!The Case is my account got hacked on Friday when i was working...When i came back and tried to log in i saw a message that someones else signed out elsewhere....Long story short someone was on my account when i logged in,i saw the account empty 1.3m gone plus Cruyff 89 Shapeshifter Messi and some other players so he basically stole about 5m.
I didnt know what to do as this is happening for 1st time so i v sent a msg to a friend asap and he told me to visit EA Help which i did...
They responded immediately tbf to them and told them my issue and what happened...i had a Live Chat 2 times with 2 employees
The Reply was that they cant do anything my account was not compromised and they cant find the players etc etc....so they closed the chat (????)
I am like ok its June i have some untradeable players no big deal we move whatever happens happened!!
2 hours later after i had the Live chat... i received an Email from EA that im Transfer Market Banned because i was transfering Coins apparently...which is a Joke obviously...
After 3 days nothings changed i cant have a Live Chat with someone from EA to explain the situation again..
LAST BUT NOT LEAST the guy who took my coins found my skype and sent me msgs laughing with me calling me idiot and abusing me
I know his GT but apparently i can do nothing because nobody can help me...
Sorry for ur time and the essay but ALL I WANT IS TO BE TRANSFER UNBANNED and have fun for the next 1 or 2 months,,I dont care about the coins the players nothing i just want to move on and Have fun
ANY POSSIBLE HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
