Dear EA Team,

Im writing you as IT expert from profession. Please read my summary and provide me a feedback:

Short description: In FIFA20 online games im facing the issue of missing controles. I can't defend or sprint properly. If i set in the control menu a option to semi / manual there is no difference. Previously it was working.

Start of issue: One week after the last deployed update.

Step done:

- delete local profile (in game)

- delete local saves (on xbox)

- delete reserved storage (in xbox)

restart router | 500 MB/s internet connection / 26ms average ping time

restart console

- re-logon to game, play the intro again

- re set my settings

After all those steps im still facing the problem. Im sprinted down in game by players without chemistry and with base base of 56/ Controls don't work as expected. Player movement feels rough. Problem is present in Ultimate Team: Rivals / Squad Battles.
