I’m writing here about compensation which I’ve been told I could be given by ea help on twitter but today they actually sent me the link here and said that you’d be the ones that are able to grant me it, I’ve had many issues for many FIFA’s that I’ve reported to ea help on twitter which I’ve either not had a reply from or they were no help, to name a few I was hacked on fifa 15 bought some fifa points to get a good team back and was banned for lying as I had a good team again, I’ve had many connectivity issues causing various different issues, and then most recently a really bad in game connectivity issue on this weeks fut champions. Ea help advised me that you may not be able to move me up to elite but if you could do then that and if not some justifiable compensation is what they said I deserved.
