Long story short In the space of an hour when my PS4 was offline I lost 800000 coins and several players.

Hello my fifa 20 ultimate team was hacked today and all my tradeable players got sold and also i had 66 k which have been reduced to 10 k Please i would appreciate any help i could get to retrieve my players back i have already sent an email to ea and the advisor has replied told me and said u should contact us on live chat so that they can help me all I have left from my squad is my untradeable striker

Someone has broken in my FUT 20 and selled all of my treadable players. I play FIFA 20 since the start of the game and I lost everything in the worst time when there is TOTSSF.
I contacted EA Help and they said they recieved my request, but they did not reply since. @EA_Barry replied to me and he showed me how to secure my account if i was hacked but it isn't what I need I want my items and coins back, and please don't send me how to secure account if i was hacked again. Please help. I am from Croatia.

When your account has been hacked and fifa is investigating, they said the issue was passed on to the team who deals with it, how long does it take to get back to you? It's been 5 days already
