Accessing EA Servers via Fifa 20

Help please.

 

I am trying to access ea services but it is coming up with the wrong email address on my account to sign in.

 

The email address being prompted no longer exists and I changed it which I can sign in perfectly online but isn't promoting me to sign in with the new email address.
