Game diconnected at end of matcg

I was playing fifa clutching to get to gold 1 on squad battlesand I got disconnected just before the the match facts screen and a notification popped up and told me that I lost connection to ea servers, this happened twice today and now I'm not available to get to gold 1

I'm really sorry for the frustration with disconnecting. How frequently does that happen? Unfortunately, we can't modify records so the loss will need to remain on your record Frown
