How can I get back my money? I don't want to pay for a broken game like this...
Please EA guys, at least help me getting my money back beacuse I think your game doesn't deserves them at all.
I've asked for help in this thread.
I got a single replay and then I was left alone for weeks.
None of everything I've tried worked and I'm really tired of your buggy game.
I think you should offer a better custom service but I know that if this is the way you behave, you won't change because of me.
So, at least, would you tell me how do I have to proceed to get e refund for this buggy game?
If I have to set my profiles every single time I play with my friens, I prefer (by far) to play PES.

Wouldn't be easier for me and you to fix the problem instead of proceed with a (long in terms) refound?
I've linked my problem in the preivous message and in order to be sure I've tried that procedure on two different Xbox One and both of them have the same issue.
It means that is it not related to Xbox but to your game
Fifa 19 had the same issue with Profiles.
I really don't understand why don't you try to fix it. At least.
