Hi, 

Since I updated Fifa in early February the game has been heavily bugged in career mode. Initially the game wouldn't launch at all and an error message appeared. However, since I updated again the game launches but is plagued by a load of career mode bugs:

1. Players are played in wrong positions in player career. 

2. Formation changes regularly throughout the game in manager career. 

4. The game crashes often but only after matches have finished and the game is saving. 

5. On the team sheets, instead of the player names, it says 'undefined'. 

I have tried a load of fixes and used the EA live chat. I have disabled in game and cloud saves, I have renamed the Fifa folder, I have reset everything in fifa, I have repaired the game through Origin and I have completely reinstalled the game and Origin about 3 times.
