Good to see I'm not alone.
Usually have about ~60% possession, 10-20 shots - mostly from around the 16m box, but some inside and some outside.
It's infuriating to see opponents who just sit back and hit me on the counter equalize or take the lead.
I do understand that SOMETIMES this is how football is, but after the patch it feels like EA rewards these **** who defend with 10 men and blocks every shot. Ugh.
Exactly. EA did this on purpose.

Its everything. AI blocks, hitting the post way too often and godlike saves by keepers.

Well I just trashed my controller. Glad I dont even have a choice to play this garbage now. Wont miss it. Thanks for ruining another game EA.

Yep getting tired of dominating people to the point they don't have a single shot, yet I'll only be a goal ahead because I'm constantly hitting the post or being denied by inconsistent finishing, op goalkeepers and ai blocks then I'll concede 1/2 chances and its a goal

This year EA specifically stated that they were going to release a game that is more about passing and creating openings than simple pace dominated like previous years, they introduced straif dribbling to encourage players to dribble closely and they said they would reward people who pass the ball around yet after all the patches we are back to a game that is dominated by counter attacks and pace, if you don’t play counter attacking football you are at a massive disadvantage!
And don’t mention the sluggish gameplay!!! 😡

I'm pretty sure your opponet played whole game counter attack quick passes. His passing accuracy awful but still be able to score against possesion team.

Disgusting how this game is designed to clutch fror the player that is playing worse, Fifa wasn't always like this, I still miss the days when you knew you deserved the wins you got and deserved the losses you got, felt so much more honest, so much aids in the game these days Just doesn't feel rewarding like the majority of the older games did. Gameplay decisions from the devs blows my mind....
