my fifa20 market ban

I am banned to while my account is litteraly 2 weeks old and didnt do anything My account has been banned from the market while my account didnt do anything.Ive spent over £300 on fifa 20 and im really sad i cannot play the game anymore. I trade my own earned coins and I know what action will against rules.I just saved coins by right way.
