Account Hacked and Now I'm Banned
My account was hacked back in December. I changed my password and my login and all is good. That is until I try to launch FIFA 20 and find out that my account has been banned. I have contacted support several times. One of the times, staff literally told me they could see that my account was hacked and that they would make sure to make a note of that on the case request. Yet and still, the cases have all been closed and I am still banned. I'm just disappointed that the hackers can win this easily. Is there any recourse for this or am I just gonna have to cancel my origin account and make a new one?

I have the exact same issue, my account was hacked and all valuable tradable players were cleared out if my account - only the SBC's i had grinded out remained in the club.
Went through the account recovery stage with EA for over a month, which was beyond a joke. One email response [per day at the same recurring time of 12:00pm I finally managed to regain access to my account only to find out a few days later that I was completely banned for breaking the T&C's.
No response to my freshly made case for over a week and a half now. It's staggering to see how much EA make from the game, yet their customer solution department is clearly something that remains underfunded.
Beyond frustrated with this experience and the lack of customer service received.
