High pings in UOTrace FIFA 20

Hi,

Fifa 20 started stuttering and freezing for me for past 15 days and i couldn't even play a game properly, i lost all matches due to that, finally i ran a UOTrace which showed me higher pings, the pings in my ISP server, my router and in global dns server is very low like 1ms or 2 ms but the ping is higher in other IP addresses through which my connect travel and in EA IP address like 130ms 150ms and above 200ms, also i have been trying to contact ea support for past few days either through chat or call but couldn't get to them, does anyone have any idea how to rectify this problem?

After seeing my UOTrace result, they told me that my ISP has blocked many ports and asked me to contact my IPS and ask them to do port forwarding.

they will give you the basic troublesooting.... you can do nothing its their servers. its 60 euros gone to trash every year... the worst thing is that ea dont have competition so basically dont give a * about servers community demands etc. they keep making money because we take their game every year so everything is going as they planned.. minimum resources big incomes.
