Companion app transfer ban
Hi there,
Since 2 weeks I have had a transfer market ban on the companion app. I have now submitted a case to the ToS team but I keep getting back that I am suspected of distributing fifa coins. In the meantime I have reopened my case 3 times but I keep getting back the email that the sanction is justified and that it has been proven that I have distributed coins.
I have been playing the Ultimate team for 7 years and I have never sold coins in my life. I am also curious to whom I should have sold them. Buying coins seems out of the question to me, I am handy enough on the transfer market and I am generally against this form of cheating.
To date, I have not received a personal response, and I have not seen any evidence of which I am suspected.
In the meantime I am tired of reopening the cases given that I am not guilty.
What can I do now?

@Baapstra Were you hacked before? If so, ask advisors to check it again, then submit another dispute, as far as i know, you can dispute the case infinite amount of tries

@Baapstra You can wait or you can choose not to play this game any more. I have the same issue as you do.

@EA_Darko No offence Darko but this copy-and-paste canned solution is getting old really soon. Same with the response ToS sends back, also canned. Don’t think they bothered to do the investigation.
Oh and, 3rd times a charm, guess what, same copy-and-paste canned response on the numerous locked transfer market on the companion app: “just keep playing and have fun”.
Maybe we should do the same, coping and pasting is such an easy job bro.

Hey @Baapstra if you have a ban on your account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.
The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
- Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

@EA_DarkoThank you for the reply but as cmifc1 says, this is exactly the message that I've received three times now.
I swear that I've never bought or sold fifa coins before and I am not given the opportunity to prove it.
Therefore the question; what can I do now? I have paid almost 100 euros for a game that I cannot play fully now. For me, using the transfer market on the companion app is essential and I just want that option back.
