Slow gameplay
I have getting very slow gameplay in fifa 20 for 1 week . I cant play I have lost most of my because of this . Anyone facing this issue .

@Guteekk93 Hi, I suffer exactly the same. Was working fine up until Sunday. Ping per game is 20Ms and latency is 22. When I play the game now it’s the worst delay, players feel like they are in sand. Internet connection all good. EA please help

This is another UOTrace report , I want to explain to you. The level of my frustration, it unbelievable who difficult its to play the game, like I’m living in Canada and my internet provider is the best in the country, I’m paying money for technical support from my internet provider to help me as well and they did not find any reason why I still have difficulty with this game
please escalate it to the right person in EA , it’s really effecting my mental health , All what I’m asking for is smooth and fair gameplay

My tv is completely fine , I gone through troubleshoot so many times never help I can’t get any good score in fut champs cause this ... is frustrated do u have any other solutions ? I’ve got very good internet I’m sure it’s can’t be issue with this ...

Hey all, if you are playing on a modern TV you need to ensure that all post-processing features are disabled and that you are playing on game mode.
Modern TVs have any number of bells and whistles that can cause a delay between you making an input selection and it occurring onscreen.

Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.

Hi there, @anasameen84.
Your trace mostly looks good. There's one server with a high ping time though so it would be good to run this again to see if you get the same results. Also, do you play on a wired or wireless connection?

Hi,
I already created a topic but I re-post it here since I think we are having the same issue (Canada, very similar UoT reports , etc)
I have been experiencing online game freeze, awful lag and multiple DCs for the last two weeks. I already talked with 4 different EA support technician and had 2 Rogers (my ISP) technician at my place. These are some of the things that I have tried but it just gets worse each day (being said it was ok for couple of days in this period):
- Restore licenses
- Database recreation
- initializing PS4
- re-installing fifa
- Adding opening port to the router
- Change my router
- upgrading my internet service to 500Gb/s (I get ~ 200Gb/s when I test it with online tools)
- UoT report (attached). One technician told me that the report is weird and I have to talk to talk to my ISP!! I talked to my ISP and they have no control over how I connect to different gaming company servers (basically the report doesn't mean anything to them)
I have been playing FIFA for the last two years and was enjoying even with all general server and connection issues. Is it the time to give it up?
Let me know if anyone has any idea what's causing the issue. BTW, I live in Ottawa, Canada east coast.
