Unable to Login with my son's account
We just got an xbox one and bought both FIFA 20 and NHL 20 to go with it. When I login my main acct there are zero problems. When my son logs into with his acct, it says "Unable to Login".
Considering this same acct works great for 3 games on PS4 I suspect I've locked something I shouldn't have bur can't figure out what I've missed. I've unlocked all of his xbox account and we still have problems.

Hey @TwinsBroJedi
When setting up a child account, you will get the following message:
While you can use Origin to launch and play your favorite games, please note that this limited access account will not let you access social features, purchase games through the Store, or log in to EA websites.
No one here is able to change account details for a child account after it has been created. Once the child account reaches adult age, which varies per country, most countries have the age between 14-16, it will automatically be upgraded to a full account.
You can find some more information about online features accessible for underage accounts in this help article. You can not manually age up the underage account. This is to prevent the aging up process being initiated by a minor. If you should have put in a wrong date of birth by accident, an EA Advisor should be able to assist you in that process.
