Yo basically im gonna keep this as short and sweet as i possibly can

the ea help centre are absolutely TERRIBLE.

TERRIBLE.TERRIBLE.TERRIBLE. not only do i have to wait 15 minutes before the guy actually replies to my message but they are completely USELESS

a few weeks ago, as u all know, the ozil scream objective was released. i thought this was a nice objective and went and done it

well, when i say done it, ea were stopping me from  doing it

the ozil bounce objective. score 2 chips with any player from the premier league in 2 rivals matches. 

the first chip i scored resulted in a penalty chip goal and was succesfully added to my counter, making it 1/2

now heres where we start experiencing the issues

I MUSTVE SCORED AT LEAST 10 CHIPS BUT IT DIDNT WANT TO COMPLETE

I EVEN SCORED ANOTHER CHIP PENALTY AND GUESS WHA

IT STILL DIDNT COMPLETE

absolute joke.

so as i normally do when i experience an issue, i head over to the ea help centre haahahahahaha...oh no...

so i tell them my issue, they tell me lots of players are experiencing it too and the studio should sort it out. okay fine. still about 5 days left until the objectives expire. i should get my ozil by then. right?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA AS IFFFFFFF. so, its the last day of the objective and i contact ea. once again they give me the same reply telling me i have to wait.

IT IS NOW THE 14TH OF NOVEMBER. 2 WEEKS SINCE THE OBJECTIVE EXPIRED. I LITERALLY HAVE THE TRANSCRIPT TO THIS CHAT TOO

SO i talked to them on the live chat today and now im being told
