One thing that EA does that they don't receive nearly enough credit for...

is their ability to censor the debate/ discussion regarding scripting in FIFA.

PLEASE ACTUALLY READ THIS BEFORE YOU BAN ME AGAIN

Scripting. Momentum. Match Fixing. Call it whatever you want, but it's there. It's been found in the source code of the PC version(s) of FIFA and frankly at this point denying it is just pathetic.

I've pointed out numerous examples of how scripting happens in my previous (now censored and deleted) posts but have never once actually received any kind of argument against my claims, just a link to an old forum post about 'dynamic difficulty' which has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. It's like you choose to miss the point on purpose.

You want people to stop the discussion around scripting, have an open and frank conversation with the community, be honest about it.

But no, you'll just keep trying in vain to censor those who care enough about the game to bring up the issue.

You can ban me as many times as you like, as long as I'm paying £60 per year for near enough the exact same game, and it still has the same glaring & obvious faults in it, I'm going to keep asking the question(s).

Bonus: Some examples of how scripting is initiated in FIFA matches include:

-User pass going nowhere near where it was aimed, resulting in CPU possession. From this point it is impossible to take the ball from the CPU, nothing works. I can't even get close enough to make a foul, this is practically a guaranteed goal for the CPU.

-User defenders splitting/ pushing forward without prompt. This issue often ties in with the first example.

-User midfielders will be tracking/ marking a CPU player, and then just screech to a halt as the CPU player makes a run into a goal scoring position, leading to a free shot/ goal. This also ties in with the first example.

-The CPU takes a shot that should be an easy save, but the User keeper will perform the wrong save animation, resulting in a goal.

-Making a substitution while the ball is in play means that the CPU will score before your sub gets on the pitch.

-CPU having near infinite shot power and accuracy when through on goal. This is the most obvious because it is impossible for the User to replicate any of these goals or shoot with anywhere close to that shot power.

I'm sure that there's more but get the idea, plus there's no point spending time on a post that will be deleted shortly anyway.

Have a good day, lads.
