FLICKERING / FLASHING WHILE PLAYING FIFA 20 (WHY?) PLEASE HELP

Hi to everyone. AND PLEASE HELP me with this issue. I have a bought FIFA 20 on PC, but while playing there is a flickering issue going on.

For example it seems that someting flashes or flickers or jump in the screen while am playing. That distords my gameplay making it a chore to play. PLease if anyone has a solution to this problem.

I appreciate your help

Same thing is happening to me on PS4. Thought there was lightning outside at first, bright flashes during games but not on the menu.
