Before i go into my issue, what is the point in this forum when loads of other people have reported the same issue dating all the way back to October yet it still isn’t fixed and no one has gotten any help from an EA Adviser. Also, the live chat people are the most useless people ever. Every time you have an issue, they fail to understand anything and will give you connectivity troubleshooting methods for an offline gamemode and they always say they will forward your case further. Is that code for “i’m actually going to put it into the bin”?. 

anyway, pretty simple my problem and loads of other people are having it too. Tried to do a custom tournament, champions league tournament, premier league tournament and championship tournament but it crashes at the same point every time. This problem has only just started recently for me but for some it seems as though it’s been in the game since the start
