My sold players dont give me the coins after being listed and sold on the market

I've literally been having this problem almost since I've unlocked the transfer market. I have listed over 20 players and most of them sold and I never got the coins for them. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. The ea support told me to restore licenses and delete app and reinstall it didn't work. Please reply
