I didnt recieve my 2 free ultimate ed packs this week????
Can someone help please the game was expensive enough without the ultimate edition and the free packs is the only reason i got the ultimate edition

Hi, yesterday I didn’t received the rare gold packs I’m supposed to get form my ultimate versione preorder.
it hasn’t been 12 weeks yet so I guess is there a problem? Some of my friend received it and some didn’t.
