I bought fifa 20 Points for my Account. The same Account like in my fifa 20 Companion App. But i cant see the Points in my App to use it.

I bought 24,000 points through PS4 Store and I've recieved confirmatoin email from SONY saying I have successfully pruchased the itwms. However, after I finished my purchase, I could not open the game anymore even with my EA ACESS on. It just showing it will start download automatically in three days.

CAN SOMEONE HERE HELP ME????

I bought 12000 fifa points before 23:00 （GMT+8），the order code is  1004178930368

But when I enter FIFa 20 UT and choose trans the FIFA 19 points to 20 , only 75 points which I have before buy 12000 is in FIFA 20, I lost the 12000 points.
