Hi! Did anyone previously faced such issue: I've bought eternal Seasons Premier Cup participation (with FIFA points) in November, but after a month it's gone Frown 

Talked to EA Support yesterday (Amarjeet, see attached chat transcript), however no action were made, as I see.
