I have submit a case to EA, I spoke with two representatives who told me they believe the case will be resolved. One mentioned they can fix it so I thought it would be instant (although that hasn't happened yet) They told me not to reopen the case as than can affect how long it takes for the review process and so I haven't done so. I have read some posts saying it can be 24 hours or 72 hours but have now been waiting 4 days and haven't heard back. The case still shows as open and being reviewed. Any idea how long the review will it take?
