I start building the second SBC team. The game crashes, application closes due to an error. I go back in to finish the team. Once I am done, I am one player short. My Icon Swap had disappeared?

There was no quick selling mistake and it's not in my transfer list, club etc. It's gone.

I worked al those hours, all those games, built a specific squad around getting Roy Keane and now I am left with no Roy Keane. 7 Icon Swaps gone and 7 other Icon Swaps useless to use.
