Banned account - how to solve?
Hi! I bought FIFA 20 on Origin and I played only one time. After that I've bought PS4 and FIFA 20. It can't go online because it says my account is permanently banned. I don't why, I suspect my account was hacked. I tried to write 3 times to EA but they don't answer, the have closed two cases and now I'm waiting for the answer to the third case.
However, if i couldn't resolve, I'm asking if i could deassociate PSN account link to my EA account, change email and delete the account. After that, could i resign up a new account so playing with the FIFA 20 bought regularly on PS4?

@EA_Aljo Hi! Sorry, I didn't understand. Could you unban my account? I tried two times to open a case but they closed it without send me an answer. It's still open a third. I tried to open a live support (manage my account>can't login) but there's only email support. I'm very frustrated 
I'm a lawyer and for sure I didn't do anything wrong. I'm pretty sure i was victim of some hacking act
