Switch email linked to account
I recently purchased fifa 2020 to play online with friends but cannot due to the fact that I have an old deleted email address linked to the account I also can’t remember the password to the ea account to modify my account information, the old email address that I used to create the ea was [edit: email address removed] which is now deleted and unrecoverable and it is also the one that is linked to my psn Prohibitory, what I would like to do is switch the email address of the ea account I have linked on my psn to my current one which is [edit: email address removed] to be able to play online

Hi Barry,
I have filled in a webform on 21 March 2020 and still havent received a code from them. they have copied and pasted the same email maybe 10 times now just saying that they have resent it but its still not coming through. Please can you help me out as my kids are really upset to not be able to play and the account in all honest has cost a small fortune and in 2-3 months time wont be played anyway

@prohibitoryI’m accessing this profile because I choose to login with my psn on the ea website but am not able to change the password by clicking forgot password because the email address doesn’t exist anymore I deleted it a long time ago nor am I able to change the email address because I can’t access account management
