Can't join my friend's lobby
Hello, please I want to play FIFA 20 with my friend online via Origin Premium Access and when I invite him, he just has the white background from menu and nothing else. After few seconds it announces that he lost the connection. Why it's not working, please help me, I didnt waste my money to play with friend when it is not working. Thanks for your help.

When I invite him, he sees an Origin invite to game in the right down corner as usual, and when he accepts it, it says that the connecting to game is in process and he may continue by pressing "A" button to continue. When he does that, he sees just the white background from normal menu and nothing happens. After few seconds it says that the connection with the opponent was lost and it throws him back to the menu. I can send you here pictures of that in order, but in czech language. We both have Origin Premium Access.
