Account got hacked can someone help.
So on the 17th of March my account was hacked and my players were sold for a total of 1.4 million coins and was taken from my account. I also had 1050 fifa points i received for a 12 month ps plus deal i was saving for fut birthday which were also used. i then noticed that i wasn't able to sign into web app or companion app to check if they maybe have been quick sold but it wasn't possible cause the email was changed. i spoke to at least 17 different ea advisers and in the end managed to recover my account and secure it but for the lost content it's a different story. whoever i spoke to on the phone found everything that was sold on that day and that the hacker went on my account from the US (i live in the UK) at 6am but said that he can't return anything back as the amount of coins is more than he has the power to return so he had to forward the case to the specialist team. Fast forward to 4 weeks i finally get a email from the team that says they are unable to verify any lost content and that they are sorry but then flag my account for coin distribution which makes no sense how they can't find any content but yet my account gets flagged for coin transfer of 1.4 million.
if anyone else had this issue with the specialist team can you please reply i would love to hear your story cause i don't see why i'm being punished for something that i had no control over. it just makes you angry that you spend money on this game just to be treated like trash by the customer service for something you couldn't have done anything about.
