bought fifa points and didn't receive it
hi please i bought 12000 fifa points yesterday and didn't receive it .. and call alot of agent and didn't solve my problem however i have the proove that i bouggt it with my visa at my console .. please help .. i have attached the proove pictures only 3 of 5 pictures because that topic don't allow me to attach more than 3 .. please help .. i have attached the other 2 proove pictures at a Replay down here

@xxwarking Depends, if it's bought through a console, you have to call the specific console support (PS or Microsoft), if it's bought through Origin - call EA CS, or if it's bought from retailer shop, you have to go back to the shop and request a refund. EA CS on 99% won't help you with missing points on console.
