screen showing appear to be damage and cannot be used

My son was playing FIFA 20 and the power went off, he got disconnected and he has not been able to get into his game again. A message pops out saying appear to be damage and cannot be used. It does not say what is broken. I restarted the PS4 a, unplugged it and wait for 10 minutes but still not working.

Hi @Ruiz020609,

Can you press cancel on that screen? You should be able to load the game still.
