I QUIT FUT
on 17th November 2019 i was facing captcha challenge not loading in fut game to verify my account and i posted here and also told EA adviser

ON 18th November 2019 next day my account was suspended for one week . i filed a complaint and suspension was lifted after 8 days 15 hours .
i didn't receive any email why my account was suspended nor any kind of update on my cases . 72 hours is maximum time but now 10 days gone still no explanation why my account was suspended .
when i opened my first case regarding why my account was suspended it was shown resolved after 8 days without any explanation then i again created new case why my account was suspended and still no explanation
i have played fifa 20 fut very actively and my ban was not on market , time to time in game Captcha challenge appears to check if i am not robot which i have always completed timely except on 17th November . i have been playing fifa since fifa 98 and all these years i have played fairly and i have played mostly pro clubs since fifa 11 ( fifa 19 my rank in pro clubs https://youtu.be/swMBTMUPc4E.)
only time i have played fut was in fifa 15 and this year . i am 1000% sure my account was suspended falsely and i haven't broke any rules or regulations .
i have stopped fut because what happened to me should not happen to others . i have played countless hours since the release and i felt heart broken when my account was suspended and i will never play fut again even tho my account suspension is lifted but i am still waiting from last 10 days why my account was suspended ?
