Unfair ban

To summarize, my account was hacked in april and apparently broke terms of service so my account was banned.  The problem is that I did not know about this until I bought fifa 20 about 2 weeks ago and tried to load it up.  I worked with EA to reclaim my account and then secure it.  I then tried to fight the ban but EA told me that they felt that I broke terms of service so my ban was warranted.  Now normally I'd just suck it up and let it slide but my ban is for over 800 days!  I have done nothing wrong personally except maybe not securing my account enough and now I cant play fifa until most likely fifa 22.  How do I fight this or get in contact with EA?  Someone please help the help.ea has been nice but pretty useless in this.

The problem darko is I have done this and my account is still banned for something outside of my control.  I need to speak with an actual human from EA regarding this not just send emails.

Hey @thimes2692 for any TOS related issues you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
