Gameplay glitch

Finished a FUT Champions game in which I won 4-3 however it wouldn’t let me finish the game and kicked me off the game. I reloaded the game and I got a loss on my FUT Champions record. I should be 5-1 but I am 4-2 instead

Hope someone can resolve this issue

It wasn’t a connection issue as the game was running smoothly but the final whistle had blown but I couldn’t exit the game so I should have received a win but instead received a loss.

Sorry to see that you are having issues @ReziqnZenox. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
