I was told by support twice that I should expect to receive my item in 2-3 days as I was given the message and never received it and it’s been almost 1 week so I have went back to support and was told that there’s nothing they can do even though I have the proof of the message and was told I should receive it before. I was wondering when I should expect to receive it.
