Basically, i was doing marquee matchups on the fifa Web App for an SBC. I used squad builder rating low to high and was happy with all the players it put in, and it was 7/7 completed. Then i noticed that my 86 Rated RTTF Eder Militao was in there, so i pressed him and pressed swap player. Suddenly, the SBC said claim reward and I went to my club and he was gone. I tried to contact EA but it kept saying 'Thank you for contacting us. We’d love to troubleshoot your issue and get you back in the game!
