Disconnecting from matches
Hello.
I have problem playing FIFA 20 on PS4 ( KremenkoPFC psn)
In last 2 matches I was winning and he forefit the match, screen got frozen, I quit game and get loss. Also it happen that I am winning and it disconect me to MAIN menu on fifa and I am still connected to EA servers, so its not about my net connection.
It really get frustrated because you are doing your best to get something and you are losing matches because of servers problem..
Last week I got 2 loss on FUT league like that and I was 1 win behind better prizes... It's not fair...

For me, it's PC Online Seasons. From yesterday, it kept disconnecting mid match, and now it disconnect before it finds an opponent. And yes, i've done the standard trouble shooting steps.

You can check on my last matches that I was winning, opponent forefit match and somehow I got loss.
I also got this message last time I played

Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
