My wife bought fifa 19 points in error for our sons birthday today. They haven’t been redeemed so can we change them for fifa 20

Hi @darrencarthe,

If you own FIFA 19 and he hasn't already transferred points from 19 to 20 you can safely redeem them and then connect to FUT on FIFA 19, then connect to FUT on FIFA 20 to be prompted to carry them over.

If you do not have access to FIFA 19 you'll want to reach out to the retailer for an exchange.
