Hi I'm trying to connect to Fifa 20 on xbox one but when I sign in it says I need to do a login verification, for ea origin but when I do it, it comes up with someone else email address, has this happened to anyone else and can you recommend what to do as this isn't my email address.

I am having the same issue tried filling a online form out twice and still no luck!!!

 

The email coming up i have never seen before and is asking me to verify the account
