NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR TWO WEEKS?!
How is that possible, that for 2 weeks now, whenever i try to contact EA support, it site says: NO CHANNELS ARE AVALIBLE. FOR TWO WEEKS. I tried a lot of different browsers, different devices. How is this possible???

@EA_Barry I have the same issue. Don’t always blame it on your stupid costumers.
They are the reason for your bad servers as they can’t set up their PS4 correctly
They are the reason for your malfunctioning website, because they can’t read the working hours.
The only thing we are good in is paying! Obviously

Support is not currently available on Sundays, so that is possibly the reason you are seeing that message:
We’ve temporarily changed our support hours to limit any risk to our employees who are in a region with an elevated risk of coronavirus.
