Keybinds unbound and branded as "unused"

I've tried repairing the game, reinstalling the game, contacting EA thrice and even purchasing another copy. Nothing helps, the bug still sticks. I've looked around quite a lot and I've yet to find somebody else with this issue. Regardless, if anyone has a suggestion for a solution, please drop it down below.
