My fifa account got hacked and used for coin transfer but no advisor could help

I was hacked by a website called [Removed - Admin.]
All my expensive players were sold and used for coin transfer. Then i got banned from using the transfer market. So i created a case and contacted EA support several times.
The process was to send my case to terms of service. One day later i get an email saying that we will not lift your ban because your account was used for coin transfer etc.
I can agree to that but my case is that my account was hacked and i didn't do any transfer whatsoever.
Now no EA advisor can help me even though i have screenshots of everything ( the message from the hacker on my ps4, my expensive squad, players out of packs and so on )
How can you destroy your own account by selling your hard earned players is what EA support & terms of service need to understand. I never did any coin transfer and never broke any rules ( it was the hacker and i have all the evidence )
I really need a helpful manager to solve my case.
I'll attach the screenshot of the hacker's message that i got just for everyone to be careful about this website and be aware that its fraud.
Once again im seeking help from a manager and can provide all the pictures that prove im innocent from any type of coin transfer or breaking any EA rules.
